How long before full-grown?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question. Hope so. How old are Cochin bantams before they are considered full-grown. I have 6-week old ones now, and I'm wondering if they will get any bigger? Does it vary between breeds? I also have some Silkies, and a Turken. Would love to know when they will be full-grown. Thanks!

Chickens are generally considered full grown at around five months old.

I agree. They may continue to fill out a bit up until almost a year, but my girls were pretty much the size they are now by 5 or 6 months. I think it takes longer for larger breeds like jersey giants and such...
