How long can a hatchling go without food and water?

Me either. While they *can* go three days, I want to be able to see them eating and drinking well by 48 hours old at the latest. Shipped babies start eating and drinking a TON very quickly, so you know they must have been VERY thirsty and hungry.

I took the babies out. Good thing too. One was stickied to it's membranes. I think it'll be OK though. 19 in total, plus one dead pip. The eggs that haven't hatched yet are still in the bator.
