How long can eggs sit in their boxes before they go bad??

Hello, I normally collect each day, but if I'm not able to collect for a few days or a week how long can eggs sit in the roosting boxes before the eggs need to be refrigerated????

I have someone that will give food n water but they don't want to collect the eggs

Personally, depending on the weather I wouldn't eat eggs that weren't collected for a week. If it's just a couple days and the weather is cool/cold they should be ok. If eggs are just left laying around, sooner or later some will get broken. A hen will discover they are delicious. Other hens will notice and before you know it you have a group of egg eaters - a hard habit to stop.
