My broody Guinea hen was attacked the other night at 3am and her eggs were left uncovered till 930 am when i discovered she was gone. Temps were in low 40's. The eggs are now in an incubator. What are my chances of seeing keets in a couple of weeks?

Not sure - but I think they're pretty good. Something chased mine off the nest and scattered the eggs, I just picked them up as I found them and had a pretty good hatch rate. Sorry about your mom. Let us know how it goes.

Awww, sorry about your broody

Is she the only female you have?
I wouldn't give up on them! There's a pretty good chance at least a few will make it.

I have one other hen, but her and the other male would always beat up on the broody hen and even chase her off eggs. I don't think the hen i still have is a sitter. We are still somewhat hopeful that we can get a few to hatch in the incubator.
