How long can I keep eggs befor incubating?

I only have two hens that are laying!! And I want to hatch as many chicks as possible but don't want them to hatch on different days!! I could do to different litters though!! But how many days can I keep them befor putting them in the incubator? And what temp should I keep it?

You can save them for 7_10 days. I set my egg turner in the basement turn it on and collect eggs. Set them small end down.

Yes and they are your own eggs so they will be fresh. HaVe fun.
