How long can it take for a chicken to lay their first egg?

I bought a variety of 8 chicks in the beginning of Feb. 2020. All of the chickens, but one started laying between July and Sept. of 2020. The one chicken that has not started laying is one of my EE's. She has never surrendered to anyone, has never been seen in a nesting box, and just isn't as broad as my other chickens. I'm curious to see is she's a real late layer or if she's barren. I'm not finding a whole lot of info on this.

some chickens never lay in their life but my silkie took a long time to lay (like2 years)
