I've done a search, I know this question must be here, but I'm kind of frantic. (2nd hatch) I have 9 out of 10 that hatched yesterday, and there is one left that has a very small pip..............

Should I open the bator to get the others out? Or wait??????

3 days should not hurt. It takes longer than that to get chicks in the mail. ...............stan

The others hatched yesterday, how long ago did the remaining one pip? If it pipped yesterday, and the others are all dry, and this one has done nothing for 12- 24 hrs? I might move them into the brooder and open that one. Or you could move the 9, spray a bit to raise the humidity and give #10 another few hours. Good luck, you have a good hatch already.
