Hi I'm new to this. I have 3 chicks which I think are about 4 weeks old they are RIR, BR, and Silver Seabright or so I think, the BR seems small and the SS(?) seems big. If you have a different oppinion of their age or breed let me know.
Back to my original question. Currently they are living in a store baught rabbit cage in my kitchen, I have something larger out side if they need it before I finish their permanent coop. We would like to keep them inside in their current situation as long as possible for social reasons (they get so excited when we come in to the kitchen knowing they are going to get some special treat) Basically how much longer can they stay in this brooder and still be comfortable. They do get plenty of out side exercise and play time.
