Hello all!
I have a question regarding keeping chickens cooped for a few weeks. We just bought an 8x12 shed for our 14 chickens and plan on building a chicken tunnel to their 16x20 run. The original coop was in the run and we had to take a wall down and the hardware cloth off the top to get it out. Of course, once we did that we that the improvement bug struck because there were a lot things that weren’t working with the run and tarp in general. My question is we are going to put the run back together with improvements BUT it is probably going to take us 2-3 weekends to do this. We just put the chickens in the new coop today so they can get used to the new home. There are two windows ac food water etc sand on the floor and so on. Will it be ok to keep them in there until we can finish the remodel on the run? Pics of the new coop attached! Thanks!
