How long can you store eggs prior to hatching?

Well a friend of mine gave me three eggs to hatch. I was planning on doing a batch of eggs on the next monday. Not this one. How long can I store these eggs and still be able to hatch them? They would go in with my batch of eggs in getting next Monday, not the upcomeng monday. There in my cool basement in a unplugged and opened fridge

I've had some as old as 3 weeks hatch out and they'd been sitting in a room that held a temp of around 70 degrees.
