I'm thinking of incubating the eggs of my white Chinese goose, and I read that they take 28 days to hatch, but some say they take 35 days to hatch, so I'm confused. Thank you.

Mine generally ran about 32 days. Best of luck with your hatch - and don't forget pics, those goslings will be ridiculously adorable!
