How do long do the eggs last with and/or without refrigeration? Does anybody stamp a date on the eggs? What kind of stamp should I get if thats what I want to do? I have more than I can sell and plan on giving them away anyway but I don't want to get anybody sick. What is your advice?

I write the date on my eggs with a pencil and the longest lasting egg that was still edible that I had was 1 month old in the fridge.

Quote:I've heard way longer. The eggs that I bought at the supermarket had a stamp on the carton that was over a month and a half away and those eggs had been processed and shipped.
