How many days can eggs be left out in the nesting box before they are considered unhealthy to eat?
Above 80* only a couple of days in my book. The cooler the weather the longer they stay fresh.
I don't have any hard number for ya other than what my common sense is telling me. I have found eggs in a nest that had been there maybe 5 days and it was cool enough that it made no difference. If it is hot out, I wouldn't want to eat an egg that has been in a nest for more than 24 hours.
Wish ya the best.
