How long do eggs stay good when left out?

I just noticed that there is a dozen eggs on my counter that have been there for about 2 weeks. I know, how do you not notice something like that? Well, I thought it was an empty carton, until I went to put it up and it was full! All the eggs are unwashed and they don't stink. And none of them are cracked.

Are they still good or should I throw them out?

You can do the float test. If they float - throw them out but, to me it's not worth it to eat them.

Eggs unwashed can last up to 4-6 months on your counter. They will be just fine. Place them in your refir and they will last longer. There is a thread here on Backyard chickens about keeping eggs without refir. I can't seem to find it right now though.
