How long do I isolate newly vaccinated chicks?

I can't remember how long I am supposed to isolate my chicks from the older birds after I vaccinate them for Marek's Disease. How long does it take the vaccine to take hold? I think it was 10 days, but I'm not really sure if I remember correctly.

I just vaccinated mine and the directions said 10 days. But I have also read 14 days and 4 days. The longer the better. Are your older birds vaccinated as well?

Some of the older birds are already vaccinated, but not the first generation (who are now two years old). I think I'll give it 14 days. No reason to take any extra risks.
