Yea leave them in the incubator until they hatch . Then when they hatch let the chicks dry of completely before you move them

woah! So sorry for the late response....

But, anyways.. It's not 'better' to have a hen set on them. It's just up to you.

Incubating is just fine, and so is getting a broody hen to set on em'. Getting the hen to set on them would probably be easiest but more chicks will most likely survive when they are inside in a brooder.
