How long do I leave peepers on?

I had to resort to a pinless peeper for my JG last week. She was just bullying my BO to pieces. And I only have the two hens. So the BO just got the brunt of her aggression.

Well, I was horrified that I had done that to her. I still am. But 48 hours later and what an improvement. They really work.

My question is, how long do I have to leave it on? Do you just leave it on till the plastic dries out and it falls off on it's own?

I'm hoping it stays on a few months. I just bought some baby chicks today. So in about two months, I'll S-L-O-W-L-Y introduce them all to each other and I'm really hoping that the JG accepts them with grace and dignity.

The above post is very old, and there were/are no answers. I have the same question. How long do you leave them on 'bully birds'? The world wide web is woefully lacking in this information. They do work. The epic battles ceased immediately when I put them on my two aggressive birds.
