How long do I let the hen sit on the eggs before I take them away?

My hen has been on the eggs since Memorial Day...no keets. When does she abandon the eggs? or do I have to just take them away????

I have eggs from Memorial Day too, and they're only just now hatching. (Actually the mom started sitting on Memorial Day but was broken up and we didn't get her eggs into the incubator until 3 days later)

I would leave her for a few days. If any of the eggs start to smell/rot the hen will know it and either kick the eggs out or leave the nest.
