Dunno. I'm not an eggspert, but I would grab a few from the top of the pile anyway. I've never hatched a guinea though.

now that you have some eggs in the 'bator, I'd alert your neighbor. Maybe he wants to hatch some too

Bet not... they just let them run all over the place and let the guineas naturally hatch their eggs and whatever they get, they get.

Candle them and see how large the air cells are. If they're small or you can't see them they should be good.
