how long do you feed chicks electrolytes and vitamins?

I had 2 of my 6 polish chicks die for no apparent reason. So I put them on Terra-vet (almost done with 2 week regimen). And also on Vitamins & Electrolytes. The 4 chicks are in Great shape. They are definitely healthy now. How long should i keep up with the vitamins & electrolytes?

Electrolytes should generally not be given longer than a day or two, as it is easy to overdose on them, unless the animal is actively vomiting and / or has diarrhea -- keeping in mind that chick poop is often or usually normally runny.
