How long do you keep them?

New Years Resolutions, I rarely make one because I rarely keep them very long!

I am making the same one this year that I made last year lose my excess weight. I lost almost 30lbs, went on a cruise ( did not gain an ounce on the cruise), came home and it got brutally hot ( to hot to walk outside) so I got lazy and guess what..., yep I gained quite a bit of it back. I know what to do, it is just doing it in all kinds of weather. My eating habits have not changed just my moving habits.

I hate to say this but... to spend more time with my animals instead of TALKING about them on this forum.
I've been doing pretty well but it might not last very long!

No more fast food...except Subway and Chen's Kitchen.

After the movie Super Size Me came out we (me and DH) stopped fast food all together for about a year.
I'm really going to try to stick to this one.

And I want to drop about 20 pounds. That's not really a new years thing, I've been wanting to drop 20 pounds for a while.

My New Years resolution is the same every year, and I guess I break it every year...

my NY resolution is always to not make a resolution.

BUT, I should cut back on...

drinking SODA,

eating CARBS,

and STAYING IN SHAPE!

I been saying " I am going on a diet next year" For the past 5 years. I give up saying it now lol. I dont need the diet no more since I do manual labor
