How long do you leave an egg

I have duck eggs that were due yesterday (saturday). It's now Sunday night. How long do I leave them in the bator before declaring them dead? Also, can I candle them at this stage to see if there's any life in there. They haven't even started to pip yet.

What kind of ducks? Scovys have a longer incubation period,

Saxony. Other than scovys do they all hatch at 28 days?

just keep them in there one more day?

I would leave them in there a few more days as long as they arent smelling and discolored looking.
I have Saxonys due this month too.
