How long does CRD stay present in the soil

I just had a CRD outbreak in my flock and I will be culling everything and starting over. I was wondering how long I should wait to put new birds in the coop? Of course I will be disinfecting everything but my concern is the coop is not movable to new soil so anyone know how long CRD stays present in the soil and what can be done so I dont have another outbreak? Thanks
