How long does it take a chick to recover from hatching?

I had ONE out of a dozen eggs hatch last night, and I'm wonderng how long it takes to recover ... he's very wobbly on his legs and easily overturned. Is this normal? TIA!

Mine where like that for a couple hours and then they got more steady.

They stagger around like drunks for a couple hours then get steady on their feet, but they are still a little wobbly for about 24 hours.
