Mine that I’ve raised myself have had a bedtime pen that they slept in but also stayed in when I needed to leave the house. They got used to knowing that when they’re in there they’re safe even when they can’t see me because it is the bedtime pen.
I didn’t start phasing them to be outdoors full time in their big pen until they were molting into their adult feathers and they weren’t out there full time until they had their adult feathers.
At the age yours are at now they need to see you constantly while they’re awake, you are their parent and they don’t feel safe without you so for now there’s no reason to try phasing them outside. They’re too young.
