How long does it take?

So I have three fertile silkie eggs under a broody hen, and it's now day 24 and only one of three hatched on day 21. My broody hen still sits on the other eggs patiently, does this mean that there is still hope? (This is my first time haching baby chicks so I'm a little worried) >.< please help me I don't know what to do..

Did she start incubating all eggs on the same day? If so I doubt that the remaining eggs are viable.
