I have some in a container that's about 1/4 full. It's still somewhat dampish. It might be a month or two old....I tasted some and it tastes orangey still, if a little stale. Is it still safe to eat? It must be used for pumpkin pies.

As long as it is not moldy, it is still okay to eat?

I will assume a positive answer to my last post, seeing as I tasted some and it tasted older, but not bad. We made pumpkin cheese pies with the zest, and we all have eaten it with no negative affect. [IMG]
