How long does Quail stay edible in the Fridgerator after processing?

I got ill (unrelated to quail) but had to cancel quail dinner. So I never processed 2 of them and one in the fridge I forgot about, he was processed on Monday I think.

They are good for a little over a week if kept cold enough.

If you mean "the guts" are still in them, then throw them away. No matter what temp they were at. Processed quail, gutted and skied quail can last a few days in the fridge. The fresher the better, or process and freeze.

One was already in freezer.

Yes, the one in question was in frige after processing, gutted and plucked.

The two others are still very much alive as I have not been well these last few days.
