how long for eggs to hatch

We have 2 Africans that are 5 months. We thought 1 was male & the other female because of the way they act but now found out it was the other way around. LOL!!
Anyhow, we now found the one we thought male sitting on 8 eggs.

How long does it take for goose eggs to hatch & do these stand a chance of hatching at this time of year?
