We have 2 Africans that are 5 months. We thought 1 was male & the other female because of the way they act but now found out it was the other way around. LOL!!
Anyhow, we now found the one we thought male sitting on 8 eggs.

How long does it take for goose eggs to hatch & do these stand a chance of hatching at this time of year?

Quote:They have a good chance of hatching. Do you know what conditions are like in the normal Winter/spring hatch? the problem is going to be raising them, In the normal hatch time the conditions get better every day for the fast growing goslings. With a fall hatch the conditions get worse every day. Africans usually take about 28-30 days to hatch.
