How long from internal pip to external pip and then hatch? UPDATED

I have a toulouse gosling that has internally pipped on day 25, it is now day 30 and still no external pip. It is still moving around like crazy, but should I attempt to make an external pip by the end of the day if there is still no external pip? I'm starting to worry a bit. Thanks for any advice!
