How long from pip to hatch? Should I worry?

Why are they all dead?...What was your temp and humidity during setting?
I was around 100 degrees and 55-60% humidity. I hatched chicks in the same Bator so as they hatched humidity went up to around 70-75 then stayed there until these ducklings hatched.
What I don't understand is why they would half unzip and then die. There was no yolk issue, membrane looked great etc. One made it, one didn't. Same with the chicks.

Did air cells get big enough before lockdown?..Might of drowned?

You can Candle them to see if they have internally pipped..
The all hatch upside down with their leg behind their heads..
There doesn't appear to be any internal pips on the remaining 2 and no movement that I could see. Does this mean they died at some point over the last week?

Like with a needle? Through the shell? If they are viable won't that kill them? Could I float test first?
(Wow, sorry... Newbie questions much? )
Candle and look for the air cell...You can puncture a small hole to see if dead or alive?..Bigger than a pin hole but don't start removing egg shell or membrane
