How long is goat milk good for?

We have been buying goat milk from our neighbor--great stuff!!

--but up until this week, we only bought a quart at a time. This time, we bought a gallon. It is raw and unpasteurized, probably not organic but we get it just after she filters it.

How long can it be in the fridge? It's been in there since Fri. and it's Wed. now. Still smells fresh, tastes great. We have about 1/3 gal. left, maybe a little less

It starts to get nasty within a week. If that starts to happen, make the rest into cheese that day.
