How long is to long between first and second egg?

I thought she might have a nest somewhere so I have been keeping her in the run/coop for the past week and nothing. I did introduce a new Columbian Rock pullet to the coop a week ago so maybe that has stalled the process. They do not seem very stressed though.

Mine have layed and egg every day from the start. I agree with StarLover, there might be a hidden nest.
