i have no experience, but have six i'll need to do.
Skinning is real quick, but plucking, that takes longer. I can pluck a goose in about 15 minutes, but I skin my chickens, at about 3-4 minutes per bird
I would say first couple will take about 10 minutes then after that 3-5 minutes.. Once you figure where to cut to make it easier your time will majorly improve.. My first abtch of meaties took ne about 7-9 each by the time i was done with that 3-4
