The Tylan 50 injections seem to have done the trick. They are all much better today. 2 are acting normal and the 1st one to be sick and was much sicker than the other 2 is coming around this afternoon. She got a second shot this morning. She would not eat or drink all day then finally this afternoon started eating and drinking and scratching the ground. She sounded horrible this morning with every breath.
The color in their faces is back also. Bright red instead of washed out pink. The sickest one is still a little pale but when I saw her eat and drink and scratching the ground, I was relieved.
I sprayed the coop today with Lice/Mite/Fly spray that I mixed with water and went back with sand and DE. Removed the straw from the nest boxes and will go back with Pine shavings. Everyone got a good dusting today with Seven including myself
Thanks to everyone on the web site. Without this web site I'm afraid I would be minus my only 3 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes.
Now to just get them fully healthy and let them start having little Blue Laced Red Wyandottes. They are about 6 months old.
I bet I sleep good tonight.
Thanks again Steve
