How long should I wait before I put the once sick chicken back with others?

One of my chickens got sick and recovered over a month while being separated from others. Once she's recovered I let her roam freely without fence like others but she has been sleeping alone in one coop while the rest sleep in the other.
It's been almost 3-4 weeks since she's around other chickens during the day but she's still very scared of them. They sometimes chase her away from food and treats so she's very careful around them. When she sees a chicken running towards her she screams while jumping before she runs away. It's actually funny to see.
But I sometimes see her near the flock blending okay.
Should I wait longer before I put her in the new coop with other chickens? Or will letting her sleep with others help her integrate better?

The recommended reintroduction is wire cage with food/water, cage in the coop with the rest for a few days. Since she does "mingle" with the rest pretty well, you can try putting her in when it's dark and they all roosting. They'll go thru their pecking order but sounds like they're doing ok.
Thank you. I've been thinking of doing that, too.
Put one chicken with her, in her coop for a couple of days, then shut that coop up and they will follow the others into the coop you want
Thank you.
I forgot to mention that she's going through semi molting now. I guess I should wait until she's fully feathered?
