How long till he will breed???

Ok, so I just got two female khaki campbell hens they have been laying the whole time I have had them I put them in with my khaki drake and I havnt seen him breed them yet? When will he? I really want to hatch some khaki eggs but I need to know hes breeding them first!

How old is he? Do they have access to water (such as a kiddie pool) they can get in to mate? Most ducks mate in the water the majority of the time, but I have seen them occasionally attempt to mate on dry land.
