How long till the otheres start?

I got my first egg 8-23-11. I know for a fact that 3 of my 5 hens lay daily now. All of the hens are within a day or so of age of each other. They are Buff Orpingtons and are 24 weeks old now. Should the other 2 have been laying by now. All of the combs are red (except one who is pale, I will post in the sick chicken section w/pic) and have been for weeks.

I have 4...first one started at 24 weeks, second at 25 weeks...they are now 26-1/2 weeks and the other two STILL have not started...just have to dial up some more patience

I have a Black Orpington that just turned 27weeks old yesterday and FINALLY, she is starting to lay. I was beginning to think that maybe she was a rooster!
