I have 3 babies in my bator right now and i am waiting for them to "fluff" how long does this take? One of them was hatched about 10am and it is now 630. They still look like wet dogs, no pun intended. my temp is 100 and my hum is 69%. I have pips everywhere so i know it isnt too low but what is taking them so long to dry off?

Maybe you should open a vent? I think they can safely stay in for at least 24hrs but even 48 should be fine. Good luck.

It takes forever. I typically move mine after a few hours old. Once in the brooder they fluff out very quick It is not as humid in the brooder.

Just make sure your brooder is warm when you put them in.
