How long to feed chick feed

Well another question. How long should I feed my chicks chick feed? I mean when shoudl I start supplimenting in calcium and move them to adult food. I am guessing that they are around 2.5 and 3 weeks old.

I do high protein starter the first 8 weeks, then they go on flock raiser.

which kind of feed would your reccomend? I am trying to get all my chicks in a row so that I dont scew anything up. I just dont want to get behind. I am really going to want to feed them good feed that is productive for roosters that I am going to butcher after I find the roosters that I like.

Well I was going to have free choice oyster shell also, thanks for the suggestion on the feed
