How Long to Isolate Hen Before Mating With New Rooster?

I have an EE hen that has been banging an ordinary EE rooster we have living at our place.


But a friend needs that hen to mate a higher quality (possibly full blooded) Ameraucana roo so that she can hatch the eggs in her incubator.


How long will it take to flush the ordinary rooster's sperm through her system, to where we can be sure that all the eggs she lays belong to the new Ameraucana roo?
