How long to let shipped TurkeyTurkey eggs rest?

Most people will tell you to let them set for 24 to 48 hours. I put them in the incubator once they have warmed up. I have done it multiple ways, resting, no turning for several days and just putting them in and starting them the same as any home grown eggs. I have not found that any of the methods have given any better hatches than any of the other methods.
