Hi everyone my Silkie mutts from 23 April hatch are 5 months 1 week old now, 3/4 roosters are crowing. I saw my first successful mating out of this group just today. I am a master procrastinator and have everything I need for nest boxes, save desire to make them today or tomorrow and have yet to observe any proto-nest making from the 12 gals in that flock.

General guidance is requested.
