I am using a large pressure canner to can pints of beef stew. So how long should I process the jars? I have canned before, but I have not used a pressure canner. I would like to be able to process mostly stews and soups. I need to do this because I don't know a recipe for stew that only serves 2. It doesn't help that I learned to cook for a family of nine either. I seem to always make way to much when ever I make stew. So any help, and or tips would be very much appreciated.
