how long to wait after hatch?

I have 12 assorted chicken eggs in my incubator. One hatched yesterday afternoon which, by my count was day 20. Two more hatched early this morning. How long should I leave the rest?

Generally three days after the due date should be good. Most of mine always seem to hatch within 48 hours of each other.
