How long to wait

I was thinking of incubating some eggs, and was wondering how long do I leave them on the counter before putting them in the incubator. Also, my incubator doesn't have a turner, so how often do I need to turn them and how far do I turn them? I would love to have this work, but am very worried.

3 times a day for the 1st 18 days then no turning the last 3.​
