How long until releasing Peas into their new pen?

I did it! Adrenaline pumping, but I caught my pair and moved them to their new pen! I waited until dark, then grabbed their upper legs while they were roosting, put their back/wings under my armpit with their head sticking out the back and away we went
Here's the question:
How long do I leave them in the new shed before letting them out into the run? I don't want them to hurt themselves being in new surroundings. Thanks for the input!

i would let them have the entire pen from the start, the more room the better, ain't like they are gonna run off unless you forgot to put the top on it.
