My chickens are a little over a year old, and they lay almost every day. I was just wondering how long they lay for? They laid all through winter without added light in their coop.

They are Cottage Gold Lines

What you have are basically one type of Production Reds. Production birds like these have a large decline in laying between 2 and 3 years of age. They'll probably go from around 5-6 eggs per week to 2-3, and this rate usually sticks around until they hit 6 or 7 years, by which time they might be kicking out 1 egg every 1-2 weeks.
