How long will the air cell last?

Could someone please advise me? I have 5 Khaki Campbell duck eggs on day 31 in the incubator. For over 24 hours the have been chirping and jiggling but no external pips. I'm worried. How long will that air cell be enough for them? Are the shells too hard? The temp is good and it's nice and moist in there. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. I think I'm on the correct thread now...
