I have a customer that wants to buy court. eggs to eat. I was wondering how long they should keep in the refrigerator?I think I read that unfertilized eggs will keep weeks longer than the fertilized ones? BUT I just don't know what to tell them.

Well I dont have any quail YET but I do know fertilized chicken eggs dont keep as long as unfertilized so im guessing its the same with quail eggs.

I am ondering on how many days or weeks the will keep in the frige?
Maybe like hen eggs , I keep mine on the counter in a basket

Fertilized or unfertilized makes no difference. At refrigerator temps they will still be good months later. Probably somewhere around 2-3months they aren't quite as good and they lose a lot of moisture but they still aren't bad. I've used them for boiled and scrambled eggs at that point. I broke some 8months later and fed them to the dogs with only 1 being thrown away as rotten. The rest were just mostly yolks because the moisture in the whites had evaporated.

When you see people talking about fertile eggs going "bad" after a short period of time they are talking about how long the eggs are viable, not how long they are edible.
